Refunds

In case a transaction makes the user pass their account limits by more than 10% we will not process the transaction and the account will be temporarily disabled.

In those situations, we will revert the funds to the client and proceed with a refund, while charging a processing fee of CHF 50.

The refund will be sent to the same address from which the original transaction was received.

Conditions for refunds

We will proceed with a refund only if the following conditions are met:

  • Funds come from an existing client who has been onboarded and approved.

  • Funds come from a registered wallet.

  • There are no indications of money laundering, financing of terrorism or sanctions violation.
