What if the KYC form doesn't appear?

In some rare cases, the KYC form will not appear on the screen, and the user will be presented with an error.

In those cases, refresh the page or log out and log in again.

If the error persists, please contact support@backed.fi.

What if I could not complete the onboarding?

If the onboarding is not fully completed, you can using the email address you started the process with.

You will then receive a magic link to that email address. Click on the link, and you will be able to continue onboarding.

What if I uploaded the wrong document to the platform?

If you uploaded the wrong document in the KYC process, please contact support@backed.fi.
