In some rare cases, the KYC form will not appear on the screen, and the user will be presented with an error.

In those cases, refresh the page or log out and log in again.

If the onboarding is not fully completed, you can sign inarrow-up-right using the email address you started the process with.

You will then receive a magic link to that email address. Click on the link, and you will be able to continue onboarding.
